CARA is a distinct non profit , non governmental organization born out of a burning desire to make fundamental difference in the world one person and one community at a time. We are dedicated to combating, curbing and the eradication of drug/substance abuse, gender violence and child abuse in all ramification across Africa and globally   through awareness creation, education, support for rehabilitation and strategic campaigns and  empowerment programmes.  Our core mandates  cuts across prevention, support and  empowerment. Whilest we are  domiciled in Nigeria at the moment, our vision and mission is global and our outlook is universal.
