CARA is a distinct non profit , non governmental organization born out of a burning desire to make fundamental difference in the world one person and one community at a time. We are dedicated to combating, curbing and te eradication of drug/substance abuse, gender violence and child abuse in all ramification across Nigeria and Africa as a whole  through awareness creation, education, rehabilitation and strategiccampaigns and  empowerment programmes.  Our 32 registered core mandates  cut across prevention, supports and resouces for and prevention of victims, protection for vulnerables, policy advocacy, training, education and awareness creation at all levels of soceity.
